Help us build a luxury-focused FinTech in Travel Rewards space! Taekus is seeking a Client Services Associate to help deliver a best-in-class banking experience for our clientele. This role goes beyond traditional customer service by focusing on relationship-building, financial education, and tailored solutions that empower our clients to achieve their financial goals. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, customer service expertise, and an ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Note: You will be the second hire in our client services department so there will be elements of personal leadership and individual contributor work.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Support
    1. Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments as necessary
    2. Assist clients with account related questions, transactions issues, and product inquiries
    3. Provide information on financial products and services, guiding clients to make informed decisions.
    4. Assist clients with applications, account closures, and maintenance
  2. Handle travel booking changes, cancellations, and refunds in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  3. Assist with maintaining comprehensive training materials, FAQs, and knowledge bases that reflect latest company updates and policies

Qualifications:

  1. 2+ yrs previous experience in customer service, preferably in relevant industries (e.g., fintech, banking, airline, travel, hospitality)
  2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  3. Proficient in using customer service software and CRM tools.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  5. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  6. Familiarity with financial products, regulations, and compliance standards specific to the banking industry.
